My name is Mitali and welcome to my little online restaurant, Mitali's Kadai. Food has always been the way to the heart and I have always enjoyed entertaining family and friends through food. No matter how big or small the occasion, food has been the center of celebration in our household and I thought it was finally time to share that with all of you.

My menu includes a variety of traditional Indian food from recipes that have been passed down generation after generation. However, I like to have a little fun in the kitchen as well! Through some experimenting, I have been able to explore a variety of flavors that I wanted you all to taste. Now you a little bit about me but you might be wondering what "Kadai" means. Well, Kadai is the Hindi word meaning Cauldron! Everything that happens in this kitchen started off in my very special Kadai and as an ode to it, I decided to name the restaurant after it!

I have a variety of food in my menu and I like to keep changing things up so every two weeks, my menu will change! I know eating the same thing everyday can get boring hence my adaptable and changing menu. Make sure to try something new from my menu because my Indian food truly lets you explore a unique palate, making every single taste bud tingle in your mouth!
